Frequently Asked Questions for Clinics and Wellness Organizations

Do I keep 100% of my program revenue?

Yes. Clinics retain 100% of the revenue generated from their wellness programs. WPP charges onboarding and licensing fees for access to the platform, resources, and support, while your clinic maintains ownership of its program sales.

Do I keep 100% of supplement remuneration?

Yes. Any supplement revenue generated through your chosen dispensary platform remains with your practice. WPP does not participate in supplement sales revenue.

Are there any additional fees beyond onboarding and licensing ?

Most clinics only incur onboarding and monthly licensing fees. Optional and additional customizations beyond onboarding such as content creation, videography, or expanded program design may involve additional fees, which are always discussed in advance.

Can I start with one program and expand later?

Absolutely. Many providers begin with a single wellness program and expand as they gain experience and confidence. Additional programs can be added as your practice grows.

What is included in the monthly licensing fee?

The monthly licensing fee includes continued access to the WPP platform, educational resources, system updates, automation support, hosting, and ongoing program maintenance.

Does the founding partner rate expire ?

No. The Founding Partner rate of $295 per month does not expire as long as your partnership remains active and in good standing.

Once you become a Founding Partner, your monthly licensing fee is locked in for the life of your active partnership. Even if pricing increases for future partners, your Founding Partner rate will remain the same.

If your partnership is canceled or terminated and you choose to rejoin at a later date, reinstatement would be subject to the current pricing and terms available at that time.
